Survivors include a mother Linda McDaniel of Jasper, TX; a fiance Luis Vera if Queens, NY; a son Easton Lee McDaniel of Jasper, TX; two half brothers Kelley Wayne Ellis of Texas City, TX and Kevin Quinton Ellis of Texas City, TX; a sister Belinda McGraw & husband Steve of Jasper, TX ; as well as a half sister Cynthia Bolf & husband James of Ledbetter, TX. She loved art and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Lamar University. A resident of Houston, he had lived in Jasper for the past two years. He is survived by his wife Jeanette Woods of Jasper; daughter Monica June Woods of Katy; brothers Lloyd Russell Woods & wife Caryl of McKinney, Larry Bruce Woods & wife Sheryl of Tatum, and Arthur Frank Woods & wife Rebecca of Woodville; granddaughter Leigh Anne Westbrook & husband Richard of Vidor; a great-grandson Weston Lee Davis; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. David and Brenda moved to Jasper, TX, from Cedar Rapids, IA, in March 2020, to be closer to family. Her face may also be remembered from the Klothes Kloset, where she worked for 15 years.
